All qualified matches, except for the live broadcast, are toured by regional referees. The sessions which are toured by regional referees are compared, placed, recorded, and fouls are monitored by both players themselves. If there are any matters that need to be declared, the other party should be informed. If either party has any questions about a stroke, they can seek the judgment of the tour referee.

In a game that is officiated by the referee alone, after the referee has placed the ball, the players can check, but they are not allowed to ask to reset the ball.

The solo referee will time each shot with a limit of 45 seconds in the match. A reminder will be given when there are 10 seconds remaining, and a countdown will start at 5 seconds. Each player is allowed to request one 45-second extension per game, except in the deciding game where there is no time limit. Matches supervised by the regional referee will generally not be timed, but the head referee has the authority to enforce time restrictions if there is intentional time-wasting behavior.

If a player fails to arrive within 15 minutes after the start of each round announced by the head referee, they will forfeit a game. If a player is late, they will lose the warm-up time before the match and the choice of who goes first will be given to the opponent.

The use of talcum powder is strictly prohibited during the competition.

It will be played in two sessions, using single elimination. All adopt win 7 of 13. In each session, the top 8 players will advance, making a total field of 16 players.

Chinese Women’s Group

It will be played in two sessions, using single elimination, all adopt win 5 of 9. In each session, the top 3 players will advance, making a total field of 6 players.

International Men’s Group

It will be played in two sessions, using single elimination, all adopt win 7 of 13, Each session qualify 8 players, totaling 16 players.

International Women’s Group

It will be played in two sessions, using single elimination, all adopt win 5 of 9. Each session qualify 4 players, totaling 8 players.

The organizing committee has the right to adjust the quota for promotion to the main competition based on the actual registration situation.

Main Event

The first stage is divided into four groups : Chinese Men’s group,Chinese Women’s group,International Men’s group and International Women’s group. Each group will conduct a double-elimination tournament, all adopt win 9 of 17.

The Chinese Women’s group is divided into one groups of 8 players, each group of 4 qualified, a total of 4 qualified.

The international Men’s group is divided into 6 groups of 8 players, each group of 4 qualified, a total of 24 qualified.

The second stage is divided into two groups: Men’s group (Combining Chinese Men’s group and International Men’s group) and Women’s group (Combining Chinese Women’s group and International Women’s group). Each group will conduct a double-elimination tournament. The men’s group adopt win 11 of 21, the women’s group adopt win 9 of 17.

A total of 32 players in the second stage advanced to the third stage.

In the third stage through the finals, all players are combined regardless of their previous group. These matches will use a single-elimination tournament.For the semi-finals and the match for 3rd/4th place, the format is best-of-41 frames, first to 21 frames wins. (This will be split into two stages).The final match will be best-of-81 frames, first to 41 frames wins. (This will be played over two days and four stages).The rest matches will be best-of-25 frames, first to 13 frames wins.

Drawing Lots

Qualification

There are no seeds in the qualifying round. All are mixed. The contestants can draw lots on site according to their own situation, or the referee can draw lots instead.

The qualifying draw will be broadcast on WeChat Channel. Players who are replaced by a referee must obey the result of the draw.

The final draw results will be announced on the official WeChat account of XINGPAIBILLIARD.

Any appeal against the judgment of the referee on duty must be raised before the next strike by both players after the penalty is awarded, otherwise it will not be accepted.

The champion and runner-up won the tournament trophy and medal, and the top 8 players won the award certificate issued by CBSA.

18、Entry requirements：

Male Players must wear a long sleeved shirt, vest, and bow tie on the upper body, dark color dress pants on the lower body, and formal leather shoes; Female players are allowed to wear fashionable clothing, which is elegant, appropriate, and generous. Those whose clothing does not meet the requirements are prohibited from participating.The head referee reserves the right to determine the players’?attire requirements, subject to change by notice.

The two logos of the tournament sponsors will be uniformly made by the organizing committee, and each contestant must wear them on designated parts (the ones holding the cue with the left hand should wear it on the right chest; the ones holding the cue with the right hand should wear it on the left chest; the arms should be designated by the Chinese Billiards & Snooker Association trademark bit. Each contestant can wear up to two commercial or government logos, each with a size of no more than 5cm x 8cm, the diameter of the round mark shall not exceed 7 cm, and must be worn on the designated position (left or right chest). Those who violate the rules and do not make corrections will be disqualified from the competition; non-designated parts cannot wear any logo, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate.

Follow the rules and regulations of the competition and comply with the arrangements made by the organizers.

Without prior consent from the organizing committee, participants are not allowed to participate in any commercial activities or other competitions organized by entities other than the organizing committee during the competition period (13th June – 27th June). Any violation of this rule will result in disqualification from the tournament.

All participating players have an obligation to attend the sponsor activities organized by the Organizing Committee. The sponsor activities, pre-competition technical meetings, opening ceremony, draw ceremony, and closing ceremony/awards presentation organized by the Organizing Committee are all mandatory events that participating players must attend. Players who miss these events without proper justification and without the consent of the Organizing Committee will be subject to penalties as per the relevant regulations by the CBSA or the Organizing Committee.

Participants must check in at the designated registration area 15 minutes before the competition, where tournament officials will inspect their attire and commercial insignia to ensure compliance with the requirements. Participants must also arrive at the entrance of the competition venue 5 minutes before the start of the match, where they will be led into the venue by the referees.

Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue. Any violation of the competition rules and uncivilized behavior will be considered a violation of the spirit of sportsmanship and will be subject to punishment.

During the event, excessive drinking and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited. Any illegal and immoral behavior will result in disqualification of the offender.

Any form of match-fixing, manipulation, or disguised manipulation of the competition is strictly prohibited. Once confirmed, serious consequences will be imposed in accordance with relevant regulations, and severe cases will be handed over to judicial authorities for prosecution.

For violations, breaches, and illegal acts during the event, CBSA will impose corresponding penalties in accordance with the “Disciplinary Guidelines and Punishment Regulations of CBSA”. If the party disagrees with the outcome of the punishment, they may apply for sports arbitration in accordance with the law.

CBSA reserves the right of interpretation of these regulations. Any matters not covered will be notified separately.
