7。參賽經(jīng)費(fèi)及報(bào)名辦法
Registration and Cost
7.1參賽經(jīng)費(fèi)
Cost
7.1.1所有參賽選手在參賽期間入住指定酒店，食宿費(fèi)用由賽事組委會(huì)承擔(dān)，住宿為雙人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)間；需要單人使用房間的選手需提前上報(bào)賽事組委會(huì)，并補(bǔ)齊相應(yīng)差價(jià)300元/天（單人房間人員需繳納3000元押金，最終以實(shí)際入住天數(shù)核算后退回剩余押金）；入住非指定酒店的選手，費(fèi)用自理。
The organizing committee will cover the accommodations for all players including the hotel rooms shared room with two beds and food expenses during their competition。 Players who need single rooms are required to inform the organizing committee and pay RMB￥3000.00 deposit before their arrivals。 Refund will be issued at check out。
The players who do not live in official hotels will have to pay for all the accommodation cost by themselves。
7.1.2外圍賽參賽費(fèi)為100美元或600元人民幣；正賽參賽費(fèi)為400美元或2400元人民幣，由外圍賽晉級(jí)正賽的選手，補(bǔ)足差額即可。參賽費(fèi)交賽事承辦單位，北京星牌偉業(yè)體育發(fā)展有限公司。
The entry fee for the qualification events is USD100 or RMB 600 per person， and USD400 or RMB2400 for final events。
The players who are qualified for the final events need to make up the sum difference of the entry fees after he/she is qualified。
7.2 參加外圍賽國(guó)際男子、女子選手的報(bào)名辦法及行程安排

A。報(bào)名時(shí)間：自本競(jìng)賽規(guī)程公布之日起，至2017年2月20日24點(diǎn)截止。

The following information need to be provided in players’ registration forms： Name， Gender， Birth Date， Nationality， Passport Number， 2-inch Passport Photo （electronic edition， white background）， badge’s name and sample （limited for one， the size should not be big than 2X2 inches）， claim clearly if you need separate room （need to pay 300RMB/day for the extra room charges）， email address and cellphone number， etc。

Traveling Schedule
A。通報(bào)到達(dá)中國(guó)上海航班信息：國(guó)際參賽選手報(bào)名后，請(qǐng)于2017年2月25日前將到達(dá)中國(guó)上海航班信息（航班號(hào)、到達(dá)日期及時(shí)間）通報(bào)給上述報(bào)名指定聯(lián)系人或發(fā)電子郵件至報(bào)名指定郵箱：。自行前往比賽城市和不在上海中轉(zhuǎn)的國(guó)際參賽選手請(qǐng)專門說明。
We strongly recommend that all players land in Hongqiao Airport， Shanghai which is pretty close to the Hongqiao railway station。 All players should provide their travel schedules， such as flight numbers and arrival time and date。 The information should be sent to before February 25th， 2017。 Players who will go to the venue directly and do not need and arrangement will have to inform the organizing committee。
B。由上海到達(dá)比賽城市（江西省上饒市玉山縣）：自2017年3月6日開始賽事組委會(huì)安排接待人員在上海接送國(guó)際參賽選手到達(dá)比賽城市（上海至比賽城市的交通費(fèi)用由參賽選手自理）。
The organizing committee will set up a reception team in Hongqiao Railway Station to help the players and the coaches and their families to buy the fast train tickets。 Both international and Chinese players will be responsible for the cost of the transportation from Shanghai to the Venue。 The organizing committee will provide shuttle bus services from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Railway Station back and forth during the event。
C。自3月6日起，國(guó)際參賽選手可免費(fèi)入住賽事指定酒店、辦理參賽手續(xù)。屆時(shí)，由賽事組委會(huì)接待人員安排國(guó)際參賽選手入住指定酒店、交納參賽費(fèi)、進(jìn)行參賽登記、引導(dǎo)辦理參賽事宜。個(gè)人比賽結(jié)束日第二天需辦理退房，如需繼續(xù)入住費(fèi)用自理。
Official check-in date starts from March 5th， 2017。 All players must check out on the second day after elimination。 The players are required to be responsible for their own cost （both accommodation and food） if they choose to stay after 13th， March， 2017。 All players are welcomed to continue to stay in the hotel till 12th， March 2017 for the Opening Ceremony。
D。所有參加外圍賽國(guó)際選手需在2016年3月7日20：00前到達(dá)比賽城市并完成參賽登記，逾期不予受理。
All international players should arrive at the venue before 24：00 March 7th， 2017。 Players who fail to get to the venue on time will lose their spots in the competition。
E。直接參加正賽國(guó)際選手需在2016年3月11日20：00前到達(dá)比賽城市并完成參賽登記。
All final events players should arrive at the venue and register before 8：00PM， March 11th， 2017。
7.3參加外圍賽國(guó)內(nèi)男子、女子選手的報(bào)名辦法及行程安排

7.3.1報(bào)名確認(rèn)
Confirmation of the Registration
A。報(bào)名時(shí)間：自本競(jìng)賽規(guī)程公布之日起，至2017年2月20日24點(diǎn)截止。
Registration Deadline： Starting from the Official Rules and Policies announced till 12：00 PM February 20th， 2017。
國(guó)內(nèi)參賽選手應(yīng)于2016年2月20日24點(diǎn)前完成報(bào)名或不報(bào)名確認(rèn)，剩余名額將依據(jù)排名依次遞推；對(duì)已確認(rèn)報(bào)名但未按時(shí)參賽的選手，將取消下一賽季參賽資格。
All Chinese players’ registration should be confirmed before 12PM 20th， February， 2017。 Players who fail to confirm will lost their spots， which will be assigned to other players with lower ranking。 Players who fail to show up at the competition after they confirm their registration will lose their qualification of participating in the event next season。
B。報(bào)名方式：所有國(guó)內(nèi)參賽選手均需通過中國(guó)臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)官方APP完成報(bào)名。
How to Register： All Chinese players will have to finish their registration via CBSA’s APP。

A。自2017年3月3日開始賽事組委會(huì)安排接待人員在高鐵“玉山南站”接送國(guó)內(nèi)參賽選手到達(dá)比賽指定酒店。
The organizing committee will set up reception teams starting from March 3rd， 2017 in Yushan South Railway Station to pick up and transfer all the players。
B。自3月3日起，國(guó)內(nèi)參賽選手可免費(fèi)入住賽事指定酒店、辦理參賽手續(xù)：由賽事組委會(huì)接待人員安排國(guó)內(nèi)參賽選手入住酒店、交納參賽費(fèi)、進(jìn)行參賽登記、引導(dǎo)辦理參賽事宜。個(gè)人比賽結(jié)束日第二天需辦理退房，如需繼續(xù)入住費(fèi)用自理。

8。競(jìng)賽辦法

8.1競(jìng)賽規(guī)則
采用中國(guó)臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)最新審定的《中式臺(tái)球競(jìng)賽規(guī)則》，詳見中國(guó)臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)官方網(wǎng)站（www.cbsa.org.cn）

8.2比賽賽制
Competition Format
8.2.1外圍賽
In qualifier events
A。采用單敗淘汰賽，輪流開球，男子采用13局7勝，女子采用9局5勝。
In qualification stage， single elimination format will be applied for all the competitions， Best of 13 Games in Man Division and Best of 9 Games in Women Division。 All games are alternative break。
B。 比賽分為國(guó)際男子、國(guó)際女子、國(guó)內(nèi)男子、國(guó)內(nèi)女子共四個(gè)組別進(jìn)行比賽。
There will be 4 qualifying divisions： International Man Divisions （Outside of China Mainland）， International Woman Divisions （Outside of China Mainland）， Chinese Man Divisions & Chinese Woman Divisions。
C。每個(gè)組別的比賽共分為兩場(chǎng)進(jìn)行比賽，每個(gè)組別晉級(jí)正賽的名額為：國(guó)際男子組：7名、8名；國(guó)內(nèi)男子組：7名、8名；國(guó)際女子組：3名、4名；國(guó)內(nèi)女子組：3名、4名；組委會(huì)有權(quán)根據(jù)報(bào)名人數(shù)最終決定晉級(jí)正賽名額。
Players in each division will play 2 matches。 Advanced players distribution in each group will be as follow：
International Men Division： 7 & 8
Chinese Men Division： 7 & 8
International Women Division： 3 & 4
Chinese Women Division： 3 & 4
The organizing committee keeps the rights to reserve a proper final quantity of the players。
D、外圍賽抽簽不設(shè)種子選手。
There will be no seeded players draw for the qualifier events。
8.2.2正賽 Final events
A、賽段：
Competition stages
正賽分為雙敗淘汰和單敗淘汰兩個(gè)階段進(jìn)行比賽； 第一階段雙敗淘汰的比賽分為：國(guó)際男子（32人）、國(guó)內(nèi)男子（32人）、國(guó)際女子（16人）、國(guó)內(nèi)女子（16人）共四個(gè)組分別進(jìn)行比賽，每8人一組，輪流開球，男子組比賽采用17局9勝，女子組比賽采用13局7勝。
Final event consists of 2 phases： Phase 1， Double Elimination （DE in short） period， and phase 2， Single Elimination （SE in short） period。
In phase 1， there are 4 divisions to compete。 They are 32 international man players and 32 Chinese man players， and 16 international woman players and top 16 Chinese woman players。 They are divided into 12 groups to compete。 There are 8 players in each group。 Players take alternative break。 Man players play Best of 17 and woman Best of 13。
B、組別：Divisions
第二階段單敗淘汰的比賽為：國(guó)際男子組錄取16名（勝部8名、敗部8名）、國(guó)內(nèi)男子組錄取16名（勝部8名、敗部8名）共32名混為男子組一個(gè)組別；國(guó)際女子組錄取8名（勝部4名、敗部4名）、國(guó)內(nèi)女子組錄取8名（勝部4名、敗部4名）共16名混為女子組一個(gè)組別進(jìn)行比賽。
In phase 2， there will be 16 international man players （8 winners and 8 losers）， 16 Chinese man players （8 winners and 8 losers）。 The 32 player will be mixed and set up as a division to compete。
Meanwhile， there will be 8 international woman players （4winners and 4 losers）， 8 Chinese woman players （4 winners and 4 losers）。 The 16 player will be mixed and set up as a division to compete。
C、賽制：Competition System
第二階段單敗淘汰的比賽，男子組1/16、1/8的決賽采用21局11勝，1/4、1/2和三、四名的決賽采用25局13勝，冠亞軍決賽采用41局21勝（分上、下半場(chǎng)進(jìn)行）；女子組1/8的決賽采用17局9勝，1/4、1/2和三、四名的決賽采用21局11勝，冠亞軍決賽采用33局17勝（分上、下半場(chǎng)進(jìn)行），比賽采用輪流開球。
In phase 2， the Single Elimination， Man’s 1/16 and 1/8 finals， players play Best of 21。 For man’s 1/4， 1/2 finals and bronze medal winner and last-placed winner rounds， players play Best of 25。 For final play， players play Best of 41。 （Competition is divided into first half and second half。）
Woman’s 1/8， players play Best of 17。 For woman’s 1/4， 1/2 finals and bronze medal winner and last-placed winner rounds， players play Best of 21。 For final play， players play Best of 33。 （Competition is divided into first half and second half。）
Players take alternative break。
D、抽簽：
Draw
正賽第一階段雙敗淘汰比賽的抽簽不設(shè)種子選手；第二階段單敗淘汰比賽的抽簽入位原則采用勝部晉級(jí)的選手依據(jù)正賽第一階段的比賽成績(jī)排列出種子順序（如遇成績(jī)相同則抽簽決定前后），并按蛇形排列方式進(jìn)入種子位置；敗部晉級(jí)的選手抽簽進(jìn)入敗部簽位，，并遵循同組避開的原則。
Draw rules for DE period， there will be no seeded players to draw for DE period competition。
Draw rules for SE period： The qualified players will be seeded their rankings according to their records in DE period， （a draw will be needed if the players’ records were the same）， then they draw for their play procedures based on a snake shape array。 The qualified players from the losers will draw for their competition procedures。 Same group will be avoided to compete together。
E、限時(shí)：
Timing
限時(shí)比賽的場(chǎng)次，每名選手每擊出桿限時(shí)為45秒，剩余10秒提醒一次，剩余5秒開始讀秒；每局每名選手可以延時(shí)一次，時(shí)間為30秒，決勝局不限時(shí)。
In time-limit frames， the time limit is 45 seconds。 The players will be reminded before the last 10 seconds。 Countdown will be started before the last 5 seconds。 All the players have a right to ask for a 30-second extension in each frame。 There will be no time limit in decider game。
F、區(qū)域裁判：
Field referees
非擊球球員將承擔(dān)裁判的職責(zé)。區(qū)域裁判的場(chǎng)次由參賽雙方自行比球、擺球，記錄比賽成績(jī)，雙方相互監(jiān)督犯規(guī)行為；任何一方對(duì)下一桿擊球有疑問，可尋求巡場(chǎng)裁判判定，如有聲明事項(xiàng)須向?qū)Ψ礁嬷?；?duì)于拖延時(shí)間的場(chǎng)次賽會(huì)將采取計(jì)時(shí)方式。
Players who are not in play will be acting as a referee。 Players will lag and rack their own balls， and record their scores themselves。 Players watch their opponents’ play and have their rights to ask the cruiser or field referees’ judgment if they have any doubts on any of the play on the table。 A timer will be used for any competition with a time limit。
G、休息：
Rest Time
外圍賽的比賽均不安排休息時(shí)間，雙方選手在比賽局間可去一次衛(wèi)生間，但在離開場(chǎng)地之前須經(jīng)裁判員的同意方可離開；進(jìn)入正賽比賽的階段后，男子組每場(chǎng)比賽連續(xù)進(jìn)行8局后，女子組每場(chǎng)比賽連續(xù)進(jìn)行6局后，雙方可共同休息一次，時(shí)間為5分鐘。
There is no rest time when players play the qualification events。 The players can go to the washroom once during each match， but he or she should get a permit from the referee。 All players can have a 5-minutes rest after men players pay 8 matches and women players play 6 matches in the final event stage。 The players will have a rest together with their opponents。

9.6所有參賽選手須按時(shí)參加技術(shù)會(huì)議及抽簽會(huì)議，會(huì)議期間不允許請(qǐng)假，無故不參加抽簽儀式及技術(shù)會(huì)議的選手將取消比賽資格。如遇特殊情況，需以書面形式提前上報(bào)賽事組委會(huì)。參加會(huì)議時(shí)所有球員必須著正裝出席。
All players should participate in the technical meeting and draws。 All players will not be permitted to ask for a leave during the meeting and draws。 Players will lose their qualification if they do not participate in the meeting and draws without any reasonable excuses。 Players should present a written note to the organizing committee prior to his absence if he or she does need to leave。 All players should be dressed in suit when come to the meeting or the draws。

10。獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法
Prize Money
11.1比賽總獎(jiǎng)金300.8萬元（單位：人民幣），其中：
Total Prize Money is RMB3.008 million （equals to 442350 US dollars）
男子獎(jiǎng)金185萬元，分別為：冠軍60萬元、亞軍30萬元、季軍15萬元、殿軍8萬元、第5–8名各5萬元、第9–16名各2.5萬元、第17–32名各1萬元、第33–64名各0.5萬元。
女子獎(jiǎng)金115.8萬元，分別為：冠軍40萬元、亞軍20萬元、季軍10萬元、殿軍5萬元、第5–8名各4萬元、第9–16名各1.5萬元、第17–32名各0.8萬元。
Price Money Breakdown （pre-tax）
比賽獎(jiǎng)金均為稅前金額，所有獲獎(jiǎng)選手由承辦單位按照國(guó)家稅收規(guī)定代扣代繳20%稅金。
All prize money is pre-taxed， at least 20% income tax will be deducted from the prize money based on the government taxation policies。
11.2 男女冠軍選手獲得賽事獎(jiǎng)杯，前4名選手均獲得中式臺(tái)球世界錦標(biāo)賽獎(jiǎng)牌及獲獎(jiǎng)證書
The top 4 players both man and woman will also get the trophies and award certificates besides their prize money。
12。參賽要求
Competition Requirments：
12.1參賽選手須按賽會(huì)規(guī)定著裝，男子選手必須著正裝參賽，上身穿長(zhǎng)袖襯衫、馬甲、領(lǐng)結(jié)，下身穿黑色或深色西褲，穿正裝皮鞋；女子選手可著款式優(yōu)雅、莊重、大方、得體時(shí)裝，不允許穿涼鞋或拖鞋；服裝不符合要求者禁止參賽。
All players’ attire must always meet the requirements of the competition and be clean， proper and in good condition。 Men may wear a regular collared shirt with a long sleeve， waistcoat and bow tie。 Dress pants must be clean in black or dark color and in good condition and Shoes must be elegant dress shoes that fit in the outfit。 Women may wear a shirt， an elegant top， a dress， a blouse or a polo shirt。 T-shirts are not permitted。 Dress pants will be clean and in good condition and may be of any color。 Denim/blue jeans of any color are forbidden even though a jeans design is allowed。 Women players may wear a skirt that must cover the knees。 Shoes must be elegant dress shoes that fit in the outfit。 Sandals and slippers are forbidden。 The players are forbidden to play if their clothes don’t meet the requirements。
12.2 所有參賽選手必須按時(shí)參加抽簽儀式和開幕式，男子運(yùn)動(dòng)員需著西服正裝出席，如無故缺席者將視為棄權(quán)；如有特殊情況應(yīng)提前向賽事組委會(huì)賽申請(qǐng)。
All players should be dressed nice to participate in the opening ceremony and draws。 Players will lose their qualification if they do not participate in the meeting or the draws without any reasonable excuses。 Players should present a written note to the organizing committee prior to his absence if he or she does need to leave。
12.3 參賽選手參加比賽期間，未經(jīng)組委會(huì)批準(zhǔn)不得參加商業(yè)賽事和宣傳活動(dòng)，選手佩帶的商業(yè)標(biāo)識(shí)須佩帶在左右胸前，每塊胸標(biāo)尺寸為5cmX8cm，并不得超過四塊，其中三塊為賽事組委會(huì)指定胸標(biāo)，一塊為個(gè)人代言胸標(biāo)。
All players should not participate in any business promotions without the permit of the organizing committee。 All players should not wear more than 4 logo patches on chest。 3 of the logo patches will be provided by the organizing committee。 The size of the patch will be 5cmX8cm。 The players can only wear one of sponsors’ logo patch。
12.4 參賽球員須在賽前15分鐘到賽會(huì)指定檢錄處地點(diǎn)報(bào)到，由賽會(huì)人員檢查參賽球員的服裝、商標(biāo)是否合乎標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并在賽前5分鐘到達(dá)比賽場(chǎng)地入口，由裁判員帶領(lǐng)參賽球員進(jìn)入比賽場(chǎng)地；裁判長(zhǎng)宣布比賽開始后未到場(chǎng)者將視為棄權(quán)
All players should be arriving in the check-in desk 15 minutes prior to the start time。 The event workers will check the players’ suit and logo patches and guide the players to get to the entrance of the arena。 The referee will take the players to the arena。 The chief referee has the rights to claim the abstention of the players if they fail to get to the venue after the start time。
12.5 遵守賽會(huì)紀(jì)律，服從賽會(huì)安排；比賽場(chǎng)館內(nèi)禁止吸煙，參賽球員禁止攜帶移動(dòng)電話進(jìn)入場(chǎng)地，在比賽進(jìn)行中禁止場(chǎng)外指導(dǎo)，如出現(xiàn)違反賽會(huì)規(guī)定和不文明的行為，裁判員應(yīng)給予警告，再次出現(xiàn)判罰技術(shù)犯規(guī)；對(duì)于不遵守賽會(huì)規(guī)定被判為技術(shù)犯規(guī)的球員，第一次出現(xiàn)警告一次，第二次出現(xiàn)判負(fù)一局，第三次出現(xiàn)取消比賽資格。
All players should comply with the regulations of the organizing committee。 Smoking and mobile phones in the venue are not permitted。 If there is any inappropriate behaviors done by the players， the referees have the rights to give the players an official warning。 If it happens again， the referees keep the rights to give them technical fouls， or lose or even disqualify。
